Our estimating experience includes all aspects of civil and sitework for new buildings, new building construction and internal and external renovation of existing buildings.  We have comprehensive knowledge of the design of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems; specialty systems such as research lab systems; energy conservation and environmental applications and projects unique to institutional renovations.  Additionally, BCC has extensive experience in the review of contract documents such as shop drawings and change orders.

Building Cost Consultants, Inc. has extensive experience in establishing comprehensive construction budgets at all phases of the project.  Detailed budget estimates can be completed during the planning or programming phase with limited drawing and program information due to our experience gained from work within both the design and construction industries.

Construction Document:  BCC provides interim estimates through final construction document estimate.  This provides a final look at the expected construction cost to confirm that the overall design fits within the client's budget.

Over the years, we have performed estimates for hundreds of clients in the private sector, in the healthcare field, in primary and secondary education and for governmental agencies.  Over the past five years alone, BCC has completed nearly 1,000 estimates.  We have performed estimates for clients in 49 of the 50 United States as well as Puerto Rico and Mexico.  We have performed estimates with construction costs as small as $20,000 and as large as $3 billion.  We have experienced working with various estimate formats including CSI, Uniformat, IEG and more.
